Shipping and Returns Unless you request otherwise, freight is shipped UPS ground pre-paid on most items delivered in the continental US. Crate motors & short blocks delivered to residential addresses may incur additional charges for equipment to unload.We will gladly accommodate any priority shipping requirements in the continental US, such as Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, Saturday, etc. Phone or fax your order before 5pm CST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped using the priority of your choice. Additional charges will apply. For an additional charge, Saturday delivery is available as well as 2-Day delivery in the continental US. 3-Day delivery is also available by request. How to Return or Exchange Products If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange. Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Before making a return/exchange, you must first call and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Whenever possible, please include a copy of your original invoice and indicate whether you want to return the item for credit or wish to exchange the item. Return all new/unused product(s) in their original packaging within 30 days from the date the item was originally shipped.
