This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from Houston Performance. By using this web site and/or accepting delivery of products from Houston Performance, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.

I. Use of the Houston Performance Web Site
You agree that the use of this web site is on an "AS IS" basis, and you accept full responsibility for any viruses, or any current or potential problems with your computer which may relate in any way to the use of this site. You are specifically prohibited from posting or uploading material of any kind to or from this web site without the express written permission of Houston Performance. Further, you understand that these terms and conditions may change in the future, and that these terms and conditions may not apply to future use of this web site or future purchases.

II. Products
Houston Performance continuously updates products and items offered for sale. Houston Performance may revise or discontinue products at any time and without any prior notice. Our prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice.

III. Shipping Charges
All purchases from this web site are made and shipped from Houston, Texas. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is the carrier's responsibility or your responsibility. Prices posted on www.HoustonPerformance.com are exclusive of shipping charges, applicable taxes and installation.

IV. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Products can be returned within 30 days of shipment and are subject to a restocking charge of 30%. All items returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Houston Performance. You must write the  RMA number on the outside of the returned package. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging, with all parts and instructions. Customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. No COD or freight collect shipments will be accepted. All sales are final after 30 days from the date the products were originally shipped.

V. Warranty
All products are warrantied by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's published warranty. Any product not warrantied by the manufacturer can not be returned if defective. Houston Performance will honor warranty claims for defective products provided it falls under the guidelines set by the original manfacturer.


VI. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Houston Performance and you, and supercedes all prior  agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
